OUR CAREGIVERS
We take the time to match our clients with the right caregiver through our CareMatch program. This program allows us to assess and understand our clients’ needs so that we can provide the best care possible. Our caregivers are trained in the Sentinel Way to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
Overall, we choose caregivers whose values reflect Sentinel’s approach to care, who have a reliable work history and who possess a clean background. Furthermore, we provided our caregivers with industry leading training to ensure they are ready to care for your family. We want our clients to receive the best possible care from the most qualified caregivers available.
We guarantee your services; if for any reason your matched caregiver is unavailable, we have a 24 hour on-call staff that can also provide assistance, making sure you always have the care you need, no matter what!
CareMatch. We take great care in matching the right caregiver to the right client. By using behavioral strength assessment tools, we gain insight into our caregivers and match that to the needs and desires of our clients.

OUR TEAM
The Sentinel Homecare management team has over 60 years of combined experience in the Senior industry. With experience in Homecare, Skilled Nursing Facility administration, Medicare and general care for Seniors we are well-equipped to provide quality services for the people of our region.

Our staff takes great care in assessing each potential client's needs from developing a custom plan of care, evaluating insurance policies and exploring other potential programs for assistance. No client's needs are the same so we approach every situation with the same level of care and build a program to meet those needs.

As a Veteran owned company, Sentinel Homecare pays special attention to the many Veterans in our region. We serve those who have served our country by offering several VA programs and being a sponsoring member of local Veterans groups.
